Don’t Waste Your Time
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When I inquired about tracking information (per a link in their own email), customer service sent me a canned response telling me my inquiry had been escalated and that I’d receive a response in 24 to 48 hours. That was 6 days ago. Sent another request today and still no response. Don’t waste your time with this one.
