Horrible horrible
Overpriced items and photos that dont reflect what you are getting($22 candle turned out to be just bigger than a couple tea lights). I decided to try this service again though with a coupon code they emailed me. At checkout I was never given a chance to use it and when I thought I was going to the next page of he order screen it had already placed my order and withdrawn the money from my account. I never would have bought the item if I intended to pay full price. From here I sent 3 emails to their "support" line, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram, searched desperately for a phone number(hahahhaa nope). I ONLY got in contact with someone after I left a mean review on their public Facebook page. They dont care about your customer experience they only care about their image. They refused to apply my coupon code to my order so I cancelled it and now Im waiting 5-7 days for a refund. I hope this is the end of this debacle I will not be buying from this company again.
