Worst company and customer service ever
I ordered something in late November. Its now Christmas Eve and I still havent gotten it. There are no phone numbers to call. There is only a "concierge" that you can text through the App. The person takes up to 30 minutes to respond to each text. She told me that she reached out to the supplier and had to wait to hear back. Its the next day and I texted back to see if there were any updates and I got an automated text saying theyre closed on weekends.
I feel taken advantage of. Please dont used this App if you want peace of mind that youll get what you ordered.
