Fantastic idea and execution.

I ordered a valentines gift for my husband a week before the day. It arrived A WEEK after the event and when both him and I tried to get a hold of their customer service to see what happened....um well yea GOOD LUCK getting anyone to ever reply back. To this day I havent heard from a single person. Theres no number to call so youre out of luck. Never ever using this crappy app again and deleting ASAP

Love the idea of this. Just ordered my first gift. So simple

One day after receiving my order, which was very nice and arrived quickly, I was charged once again for a duplicate order. I find it sketchy that they so easily charged me for an order I never asked for. I received a notification that I was charged $55 at 4:42PM, but by the time I messaged them at 5PM, I received an automated message telling me to wait until they were in the next day. It is extremely inconvenient to have to have money missing when you did not authorize it. Do not save your payment info in this application. I will update this review with a more positive outlook if this can get resolved quickly.

The app is beautiful and so easy to use. The shipping is a bit expensive but otherwise the gift was delivered quite well and presented nicely when opened. I couldnt track the package though which was a bit annoying and even though it was delivered 6 complete days after I ordered it, the status of the gift still says shipped so not sure how I would know if the recipient received the gift unless they told me.

This app lets me send beautiful gifts (that I would have selected regardless) at the tap of a finger. Delivered in good time and still aesthetically pleasing. Giftagram makes the art of letting someone know youre thinking of them and celebrating with them from a far so convenient!

This site is easy and fun to go through. Your able to pick a gift and let the receiver pick where they want it sent to. So easy and the gifts are all unique and fun. Will use again!!
