The items on here are overpriced- some just barely, others significantly. Some items were double their market value. There also needs to be more ways to narrow down what youre looking for. It takes way too long to search through categories the way its currently set up. Its not worth the hassle.

Overpriced items and photos that dont reflect what you are getting($22 candle turned out to be just bigger than a couple tea lights). I decided to try this service again though with a coupon code they emailed me. At checkout I was never given a chance to use it and when I thought I was going to the next page of he order screen it had already placed my order and withdrawn the money from my account. I never would have bought the item if I intended to pay full price. From here I sent 3 emails to their "support" line, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram, searched desperately for a phone number(hahahhaa nope). I ONLY got in contact with someone after I left a mean review on their public Facebook page. They dont care about your customer experience they only care about their image. They refused to apply my coupon code to my order so I cancelled it and now Im waiting 5-7 days for a refund. I hope this is the end of this debacle I will not be buying from this company again.

So I ordered something that was supposedly shipped on 7 December is now the 19th and I still dont have a delivery confirmation I asked the concierge but was told when the information is available I will get it and was referred to frequently asked questions. And am I crazy or does this app say that gives take 2 to 3 business days and then when you check out it says 3 to 5? In any case I think that Ive given it more than enough time. Furthermore my sister sent me a Giftagram I entered my information it said it was successful a week later Im like whats going on with it. I go back to the original text and I have to enter my information again. Im so confused can I get some customer service please? I guess no one is going to get their Christmas gifts

I ordered something in late November. Its now Christmas Eve and I still havent gotten it. There are no phone numbers to call. There is only a "concierge" that you can text through the App. The person takes up to 30 minutes to respond to each text. She told me that she reached out to the supplier and had to wait to hear back. Its the next day and I texted back to see if there were any updates and I got an automated text saying theyre closed on weekends. I feel taken advantage of. Please dont used this App if you want peace of mind that youll get what you ordered.

Cute idea but poorly executed. Its faster to use Amazon or call a local florist. Takes over a week for shipment, and then some. The app says orders have shipped when they have not. Dont waste your money. Will be deleting from phone.

I am glad to see that many people have had success using this app. I really thought that this was going to solve all my gift purchasing problems. Unfortunately, one of the gifts I ordered never came, one was the wrong gift, and the most important gift of all was stuffed in a small box and got damaged, and there were receipts in all of them. Also, the tracking confirmations do not have order details so I didnt even know which package I was tracking. The gifts are neat, but things are poorly executed and terribly packaged. I am not confident Ill use this again.

I ordered the first gift in early December...thank goodness I sent it to myself, because a few days later I was notified it was out of stock. They gave me a $10 credit to make up for it, so I ordered something else. Same thing...a few days later I was notified my order was out of stock so it was cancelled. So I thought what the heck I might as well try again, and ordered something for my husband. He was notified of the gift right away. I ordered on Dec 20th and its still not here. Nice concept but I wouldnt trust them to send gifts to people because they might be cancelled...

I cant even believe how much they charge for little things that cost half as much, yes HALF on Amazon. With free shipping too. Go look yourself. If anything it gives you ideas on what to look for to buy on Amazon. Hence two stars. Find something you like and then see how much it is on Amazon. Its insane.

I think this app is not ready for prime time. I sent a gift (at least I think I did) but theres nothing under "Order Status" nor did I receive a confirmation email that it was sent. I hope the recipient gets it. And to have to shop and scroll endlessly on only my phone is ludicrous. Well see how long it takes for Customer Service to get back to me. Its been about 8 hours and nada.

I ordered a gift for which I was charged on 12/14. My app said it was accepted on 12/16. It still hasnt arrived. Ive never received any email confirmation. There is no customer service number I can call to get this sorted out. Is this a scam?

Ordered mid December. Still hasnt shipped. Back to Amazon...for everything in my life...

I am a big procrastinator and Giftagram as save me several times. It has a great selection of gifts and the app is easy to use. I highly recommend it!

I will not give any info such as email & a password until I see if I will even use this App. Well, it wont let me see if Im even interested with out signing in, so I have no choice but to delete. Sorry

I give this no stars for having horrible over priced ridiculous garbage, and forcing you to give your personal info before you know if you want anything. Just give a fake name and email.

This app required an email before you can see the ridiculous prices of the stuff u can prob buy cheaper at a local retailer. Deleting it.

This is my go to for last minute gifts. Great selection and easy to get gifts to those you might have forgotten!
